Use The Contact Form
A clear message can help the website understand whether the issue relates to a page, form, image, link, or user submission. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details, wallet recovery phrases, or full identity documents. The website may reject spam, threats, malware, or requests that expose another person’s private information.
After A Report Is Received
Messages are not automatically published and do not become public FAQ entries or reviews. Repeated messages about the same issue may be grouped to reduce duplicate work. Only information needed for the request should be shared.
Third-Party Account Details Do Not Belong Here
An email address may be needed to identify a contact request, subscription, FAQ question, or review connected to the requester. FAQ questions are stored for review and are not automatically added to the public FAQ page. Do not use the form to expose another person’s private information.
